C-Band Satellite - Need to get rid of

Hello, I am hoping someone here can help me. I recently bought a house that has a C-band satellite in the backyard. A huge eyesore for our family and takes up too much room. I am trying to find out how we can get rid of it. It is an Echostar and the company told me about this website and suggested I go on the forum and see if anyone would want it for their own home or if anyone knows of a company that may be able to help me out. Echostar has said that they have not sold this type of satellite in over 12 years so they can not help me. Hopefully I can find someone on here that can.

there is a c-band section ( its a sub forum of FTA section) that probably gets more of the type of viewers your looking for.

also some pictures of the dish would be great.

Juts disassemble it with 3 tools max it’s very easy, and when your done put up a free ad somewhere and just give it away

My suggestion was more of a "if all else fails" type. Ideally he can find someone who will come and get it for free, maybe even pay him for it...
