Looks like the courts agree with the FCC and said that cable can not have exclusive deals with MDU's for service. This was a no brainer..

How was it a no brainer? I own an apt complex, why cant I let a company pay me to provide service to MY apartment complex? What this does is now throw away the hundreds of millions (if not billions) of dollars Cable companies have invested into these MDUS. Talk about screwing with the free market.
The title of the thread says it was "Upheld", implying they CAN have an exclusive right in an MDU, yet your text says they CANNOT.
