Not living the US(live in Canada) is there a site where you can see what service(Cable or IPTV) is available in a US City or town, with out having to go to each provider IE Time Warner,Fios etc, to see whats available in that particular city or town ?

fcc used to have a database of cable systems registered in each town not sure if they still have it
