cable lengths for 3 dish setup

I am finding I can put my 110 and 119 dishes right next to each other, but my 129 dish will need to be farther away. How far away can one of the dishes be from the others?

How would I research this, would this be in multiswitch specs or in dish rcvr specs?

I've run dishes 100 feet to a switch with no issues. 200 would probably be pushing it and then you would need RG11 cable...How far are we talking between the dishes and the switch?

When thinking about what is "too far", are the lengths of cable from dish-to-switch and switc-to-receiver additive or does the switch "rejuvenate" things?
