Caller ID and SD TIVO

I thought I read that the SD Directivo (Phillips DSR708) had caller ID built into it?
I just recently added long distance and caller ID to my land line. I previously only had it for local calls.

Needless to say I guess, that I am not getting caller ID info on my TV screen. I am probably just mistakan. Can someone please correct me?

only the R15 version of the DVR's D* offers has caller id in the box

How do I know what version I have?

The R15 is a DVR but it does not have Tivo.
