Caller ID dvr625

Does anyone know how to make the caller id on the 625 work all the time? Mine works once in awhile.

This has been a problem that's been on going with the 625. When mine starts doig it, I clear the caller ID history. That seems to fix mine for a while.

This is a known software issue with the 522/625 receivers. DISH says it should be fixed in a future software release, but is low priority due to the other issue which is where TV2 goes black and white or looses audio or both.

My 625 is the same. Go to system set up then diagnostics then hit connection. It will probably fail the first time. Do it one more time and you will be good to go.
