Caller ID Question

Should an incoming call display while watching a recorded program? My Hopper does not.

Does it during live tv? I believe it should.

I see incoming calls over Caller ID no matter what I am watching, live or recorded on my Hopper....

My caller ID doesn't display anything. Well, if I reboot the Hopper it will display for a few hours but then stop again. The caller ID history has all the incoming calls but it doesn't display on screen when the phone rings. I've read reports that it is an issue in S234. Not sure if that's true or not but I'm on 234 and I have the issue.

I had this happen once but after a reset, has never recurred...?
