CallerID and Vonage

I recently tried to use the CallerID feature of the 921.

I have the phone line connectected (phone line is Vonage with CallerID) and have passed the Dish connection test (to verify the phone line works).

I have also enabled the CallerID popup in the user preferences.

Incoming calls to do not register on my 921 (neither a popup or the "Staying In Touch" screen.

Has anyone tried CallerID with Vonage? Does anyone have any suggestions for me?
