Can I avail First time customer offers

I am a dish customer with the dish account still pointing to my old appartment address. Recently we moved to new house, can my wife become a new customer, as this new house address is not in dish records

Only if no information you give points back to your old account. Different credit card numbers, different social security numbers, different address and phone numbers and definitely don't use any old receivers. You must be NEW to DISH'S computer they do a good job of trying to prevent old customers from getting benefits twice.

What sucks is I am such an old dish network customer, that there were no benefits then. I paid hundreds for my 4000, and am therefor being screwed for being a longtime customer who paid for ALL his equiptment.

Can i give a cell phone number to them instead of my home phone number.

When a receiver is connected to land phone will they come to know which number it is connected
