It's my understanding that you have up to 60 days to complete or cancel your installation. Call VOOM, tell 'em what you wish to do, and hear what they have to say - it's a tool-free call.

well, I've had the service for over 60 days.

I just don't watch VOOM as much since getting a HD DVR for cable. I just want to put VOOM on hold until the DVR comes out.
