I am not a Dish customer, but I do have an 811. How do I use it as an OTA only. When I hook everything up it states looking for sateliite. I go to my local setup menu and it pulls the stations, but I cannot find a way to view them. HELP!!

It will work just fine, it just has to see either the 110 or 119 satellite.

Yeah, for now at least, as long as you have a dish pointed at 110 or 119 and hooked to the 811, you can get OTA signals. No subscription necessary.

Any guesses as to how long it will be before Dish closes that "loophole"? :)
