Your question was confusing, but let me answer one part.
You probably won't be able to receive anything east of about 50°w from Southern California.
Too low on the horizon. Down around 10° elevation.

And you most certainly will not get 30°w!
It's below the horizon.

ok.....

ok, so i can only use that 6' dish

or somthing. im not quiet understanding what dish i need for what elevation

im in south orange county

what do u recommend of what dish

but my option are limited on what dish i should get for these
since I already have a card with ini files for these
i should get a dish for them

ok for dvb-s files i only fournd
15w TvRadio,
30w Radio,
40.5w TvRadio,
43w TvRadio,
45w TvRadio
58w TvRadio,
61w Radio,
72w Radio

that are being supported daily

and now i wonder what i can use for this

don't understand the "ini files" ref, but it won't matter what dish you try to use, if the satellite is over the Asian continent, your dish cannot see it from California. Satellite broadcasting is line of sight-the dish has to be able to see the satellite to get the signal, and most of those satellites would be below the horizon for you, due to curvature of the earth.
