Can not catch channels 5 & 7 in the Boston Area ?

Sat feed.not listed in the guide or the section that allows you to lock channels out.
I did a system reboot as well.

Go to the check switch, sat 61.5 transponder 5. What reading are you getting. I have a very good signal on it. I don't get the Boston locals but that's where they come from.

Where are you? I'm in Ayer. When did you notice they were missing? I wont be home to check until after 6.

There are no known issues with those channels currently.

Are you able to see them on channel 6318 or 6320?

Yes. I was on vacation and I asked to be put on Dish pause.
I'm sure that's where the screw up happened.
I notified Matt. so I think it will be quickly fixed.
