Can not get a channel on a transponder

I have coolsat 6000 and I scan galaxy 19 on transponder 12053 I receive all the channels except Al-forat could some one explain why I can get the rest of the channels on that xponder except Al-forat. I checked all the channels in case it was downloaded with different name, but its not there!!

Try scanning it using these pids:

12052 V 22000 ( 3/4 Fec) Al Forat 1376V 1377A 1376PCR

sadly Coolsat 6000 you cant do PID scan

All you can do is scan in channels on that transponder then go into the channel edit option and edit the PIDS

I tried that but still not working and the also transponder gets deleted all together!

I changed one of the channels on 12053 tp that I do not watch , rename to al forat video pid to 1376 audio to 1377 and pcr to 1736 but it does not work. when I scan the name of alforat channel is not in the list of 12053 tp!so I changed one of the channels on that tp instead.
