Can some D* subs from So. Nevada confirm the RSN programming?

Hi, I was playing around on the D* website and when I ran a Las Vegas zip code it said this:

With any DIRECTV base package (CHOICE or above, or MÁS ULTRA or above):

So you can get the Giants, A's, Angels and Dodgers in Southern Nevada? Also get the D-Backs with a higher package? Can anyone out there confirm this?
