I wake up very early in the morning and I swear I could see a perfect arch of dim stars. Are these sats? Is that even possible?

Maybe if you are blessed with extremely good eyesight you can see something about the size of a van 22,300 miles above the equator.

They are definitely stars, but which? Maybe you are seeing Ursa Minor or Draco, they both have some well defined arcs to them. Not sure where they are located in the sky this time of year based on your locations but ask a local astronomer, they would be glad to help and would surely know.
