I did call a local retailer 3 years ago when I went to DISH. I had a problem & the same guy came out to fix it, but did not fix it properly. I called the company and reminded them about the satisfaction guaranty and told them not to send, "Mike" again. They sent a local contractor instead. The local contractor is a member of our church, and "Mike" was the owner's son I found out.
I bet if you would have mentioned padding his pocket with extra 40-50 during the pre-call then he'd (myself included) would've been to your house early and wearing a smile to boot..... Hell, as an added bonus I'd even tuck my shirt in all nice and proper
