Canceled Dish

Here is a story, for some reason my LNB on my account was waived about a year ago. That is great and all but I never cancelled my service and never stopped using that LNB until last month when I switched over to the eastern arc.

I'd guess that you considered cancelling at some point? A CSR (or most likely, an account specialist) hit the button to add the tag to waive the LNB fee, and it's most likely been showing up on your bill every month as $0.00, right?
