Cannot watch some On Demand

Hello, I have a new 722k but cannot watch AXS On Demand.
I am trying to see the concerts, but it says that I need to subscribe to the channel... but the channel is in the package I have and even I have BBQHome, yet it doesn't let me watch AXS On Demand, because I don't have the channel

I noticed the same thing the other day on Dish Online. It said that we had to sub to AXS. Yet, I am pretty sure that everyone with AT 120 and Dish Latino Dos gets it. It is also available due to the AMC Networks dispute.

Yes, I have like 4 or 5 AXS in different numbers, yet On Demand doesn't work

And also some cartoons on Cookie Jar are unplayable, they cut and didn't start.

I would contact Dirt to let them note it to engineering.Sounds very similar to the hbogo issue last week.

I should have it as well, but when I go to DishOnLine, it is listed as "must subscribe" under the network search.
