Can't delete recorded programs remotely

The delete function has stopped working when I access dishanywhere with my acer laptop. Has anyone else experienced this? How can I get this to work? I chatted with dish and they could not help.
 
Yep, no can delete either.

EDIT: Have reported to Dirt/TommyF.

I'm guessing it previously worked before? I would recommend trying to clear cache and cookies or a different browser if you haven't. If you can send me a PM with the account info I can get a report sent along on this.
