Can't flip past channel 100?

I've got a 722K with L668 software.

I can't flip channels past 100.

If I start on a channel lower than 100 and trying flipping up to a higher channel, it stops at 100. I can go back down, but not up.

If I start at a channel higher than 100 and flip down, it stops at 100 and will not go any lower. I can go back up, but not down.

Anyone else having this issue or is it just me?

Unplug power cord for 10 seconds and plug back in and let receiver reboot. If that does not work call Dish for a different receiver.

I have the same problem. I have a Vip622. It all started with the new software download. I unplugged the receiver and it still does not work. I hate that now once I get to ch. 100 I have to back off one channel and press the guide button to get around it.

I just locked channel 100.

Problem solved.

i should do that on all new connects. seen so many trouble calls for 'stuck in ch 100'

I woulda never known of the problem since I've had channel 100 locked for years. Hate it when I accidently select it and have to wait 10-20 seconds to get to something else! lol
