can't get channel editor to work

i have downloaded the channel editor for the openbox s9 and have not been able to open it .I have tried the unzip wizard and it has failed.I don't know of any thing else i could do to get my cw stations....any help

Unzip wizard? What kind of file did you download? If it's a .rar file, there's a free unrar program available out there somewhere. (Try searching for something like "unrar for windows".)
