can't program remote 2 for 322 receiver

I set up a 322 but cannot get the dual tuner remote 2 to work. I have the Dish logo "select to continue" on the second tv but the remote will not work. Basically i need to know how to program the second remote to control the second tv. The blue indicator light on the front panel will not turn on and nothing works on the control. Red light comes on in the SAT button when pressing remote but no response from receiver. thanks

If you have a manual you probably need to set the remote and the receiver to the same channel.

If you don't have a manual, look on the Dish website for a pdf copy of one.

You need to change the TV2 remote address

With the TV2 remote in hand, go to the receiver (hopefully the TV is by it) and with the TV & receiver on press the SYSTEM INFO button on the RECEIVER. Notice what the remote address is for TV1, You are going to change TV2's address so select any # between 1 and 16 other than the address # of TV1.
Press & hold the SAT button on the REMOTE until all the mode buttons light up, then release it. Press the # you want with the remote. The SAT button should flash 3 times. Then hit RECORD on the remote and the address should change to whatever you selected. Sometimes it takes a couple of times to work. Then push the SELECT button on the remote & you should be all set. Also if I change the remote address the only one changes is tv1 adrress the tv2 will not TV1 works good I also tried the remote with tv1 and it works with it fine
