Can't remove parental locks from OTA channels

Just got the OTA module and on the Hopper it keeps asking for my password, which I know, for the off air channels saying they are locked. I go to settings/Parental Contols and remove all. I had locks on adult channels and now I can show nothing checked except None in the parental code column. But it still asks for password on the OTA channels that is says is locked. I do not have that problem on Joeys. How does one turn off parental control. I've done what the help manual on line states.

Nope because it has a dish message number, which I will get in a few minutes.

I would have a CSR send a hit to clear any locks the receiver may have setup, just in case the box thinks there are locks even though you don't see any in the menus.

Finally got rid of it by selecting all channels and locking then,saving, and then de selecting them and saving. i could never sell my software with these bugs.

Ill test it tonight on both my hoppers and see if I can get the same thing to happen.
