Captive work setup for 97W (Telestar)

I've been trying to setup this piece of work for the past God knows how many days, but to no avail.
Any help would be appreciated.
Model :CaptiveWorks CW-800S PVR

Need some info:
Location
Dish - Stationary, Motorized, Number of LNBs
Standard or Universal LNB

Buy the way this is the PC section.
Possible for Mod to move?
