CBS Distant HD

Before all the discussion about MPEG4/2, and the new receivers, etc. I was trying to find out some info about CBS HD. I have a waiver from my local affiliate to receive the national CBS HD feed. I was originally given the east feed, but since it's on 61.5, and I don't have a dish pointed at that sat, I requested that I be given the west feed instead.

I requested this based on some info I received from this forum, and confirmed by the CSR I spoke to. The information is that the CBS west feed is currently on 129, but is not available to subs. I was told that it would be made available to subs, and possibly very soon. Does anyone know if this is the case?

Yes that is the case, not sure what resoultion it is at on 129, I think it may be 720p on 129

on 148 it is True HD and not HD-Lite or converted
