The picture quality is great and it's finally possible to read the small English on-screen subtitles on some of the CCTV4 programs. Intelsat said CGTN French and Spanish will be joining the mux soon. It also talked about it as an addition to the existing SD mux on Intelsat 21 next door at 58W.
