CD Audio with Turbo HD Packs?

I know this has been discussed in the past, but I couldn't find the the thread.

As soon as the Viacom HD channels are added (specifically Comedy Central and Spike), I will go from HD Absolute to Turbo HD Silver.

But I was thinking, one of the other things I do miss from my SD pack was the CD audio channels. It was nice to have some commercial free classical music to work around the house with or fall asleep to.

I have not tried so as not to upset the grandfathered Absolute apple cart. But with an impending switch, has anyone successfully got these added to a Turbo HD pack? I seem to recall a mention of it being available as a cheap add on to some pack.

You can add the CD Music channels to the absolute for $5, it doesn't affect the grandfathering at all.
I've had it since the beginning
