CD music channels deactivated

I just tried to tune in some music channels, and they are now red, I only have the top 60 package, but I used to recieve the CD channels.

Anyone else missing them?

I have AEP but they are still they and are working

If you had the CD channels, then it must have been in error. It's not part of the Top 60 package

top 60 never would have the cd channels unless its either an error or you only had them during a free preview of the at 120 or 180 packages or you have downgraded to the 60 recently.

I've had them for the past year, and have been only the top sixty since march 04 when I moved to AL. I was reactivated Aug 04 and dropped to 60 at that time. May be it was an error. Oh well, I didn't use them that much.

You cant drop from the 60 to the 60, sounds like you had the 120 prior to your reactivation, if you have a copy of one of your old bills from before you can check it to see what was on there.
