CEB DTV Converter boxes are disappearing from store shelves....

They are gone from the three WalMarts and three Radio Shacks I went to.

I had to call the Radio Shack order line to use my coupon that was to expire on July 2. I got the Digital Stream DTX9950.

Seems like a lot of coupons are shortly expiring.

I held off applying for mine, but not long enough to get Echostar's box... My coupons expired yesterday. I applied for my mom and dad one or two weeks ago though

I suspect a lot of coupons are already expired as many people applied the 1st day (I recall some at AVS were applying at 12:01 am !!!). Those early applicants probably got a set-top of some sort, but early on, the selection was pretty poor.

Geesh, everybody dogs those early Zenith units, but they're really not that bad. Yes, there's an audio problem, but if you have an old TV, the built-in TV speakers won't be able to reproduce it. If you are using a surround system, I'm sure it will be a problem tho.
