But I thought it was his number 1 priority to personally answer each and every customer complaint...

who ever answers them the point is most get results when they email those addresses. do a search and you'll see.

If you have a major issue that regular email or CSR calls couldn't answer, the best is to use Ellen's email posted above, that goes to the president's office CSR team, which emails to the other addresses could "possibly" end up at eventually. Might as well use the most direct route.

When I emailed Ellen's office a couple of months ago, I received a phone call from them that same day.
