So were still not getting info from D* in a timely manner, or is the other site speculating, seeing they are there just about every week ?

Speculating would be my wag as they have been wrong a couple of times in the last month or so...
My favorite is when they list a CE as "High Risk" and then after it crashes half the testers HR's, they change it to "Very High Risk".
