CFL games on RTN

Noticed this while watching RTN...wonder what feed of the CFL games they are using?

Reason I ask is this.....The CBC is on strike, so there are no announcers. This is what my StarChoice system had (no announcers)

But the RTN version had what seems to be the local radio station's feed over the audio. (It was Edmonton's audio because I have heard those guys before)

Wonder where they got it from? On a side note, my local station that had them (KSTC45) no longer has them

Was it Tony Hill and Mark Followill that you heard? They're supposed to be announcing the US feed for the CBC games.

I dunno...all I know is the Canadian version had just the PA announcerr and the RTN games had announcers
