CGNTV No Audio

Subscribe to TANTV package on 101 AMC4 and get audio on the encrypted channels but the one FTA channel, CGN, video is OK but no audio. Called TANTV and they went through the remote control audio settings drill but I already tried that and nothing worked. Is there a broadcast audio problem? If not, how does my PANSAT 6000 xhc block the audio on the one channel?

Before I start grasping for straws, I was hoping someone would tune CGN in and verify that they are broadcasting audio with their video. I get audio with most the FTA channels on AMC4 besides the encrypted TAN TV channels we subscribe to. Just a problem with audio on CGN. Doesn't look like a scanning problem but I could do that as a last resort.

I get audio on it , audio pid 256. video too (vpid 308)

I got it scanned in twice, one with and one without audio. The one without did have about 20 seconds of non-english audio - If I am looking at the same CGN you are talking about.
