Chances Dish adds ESPNU HD by Sept. 1?

I assume this is near 0 with the Disney lawsuit seemingly going nowhere, but I really, really pray Dish adds ESPNU in HD before college football season kicks off. Can anybody give me reason for hope?

Technically what you see is the HD feed compressed to fit SD. Doesn't make sense, but neither did asking Dish to pay twice for the same channel.

well u can watch the MLB tv app which is 10x better than EI ever was on Dish network ( on the FREE Roku that dish is giving away) my gut tells me the ROKU like MLB app will available on the hopper sooner rather than later

They can drag on for years.The Tivo case went for what 4-5 years.The voom case was started in 2008.
