Change shipping address

i tried changing the shipping address to my billing but can't do it online. I really hate calling in.

Me too. Sometimes the sarcasm just drips from posters.. Never understood why some have to be rude to people asking questions..

I'm not trying to be rude, but here goes anyway. If the OP had just called in, he would have spent the same time as putting in comment on this forum. I also don't think that the DIRT team should have to handle simple requests like changing a shipping address. They may correct me, but I see their function as helping with difficult problems or inquiries.

why not use the chat?

I know folks have "moved" using the chat option

Chat works fine for service address or physical address changes. Used it many a time.

I want to thank Maryb DIRT member For going the extra mile for me in what was a tricky situation. Also thank you Matt for getting back to me. Much better then years ago when something was read to you of fa page and had nothing with the problem, when I questioned the answer usually ended up with dial tone.
