We have a VIP622 installed for one week and all seems OK, except for the following: If you toggle between channels using the up or down arrows it will after several channel changes loose its signal. If you wait for 20 seconds or so, it will come back. Seems like the processor can't keep up.

Is it on all channels?
Is it only on channels on certain satellites?
Sounds like you have marginal signal. The more errors the tuner detects in the data flow, the longer it takes for it to confirm the data.
I would have my dish re-aligned.
Another possibility is a faulty tuner, but the 622 has plenty of horsepower, it just needs clean data to work with.
