Last year when Paramount+ started up, I got the deal of $50 for the year. The renewal is coming up next month for the $99. I do not get that much out of it, but I would still like to continue to watch a few more shows for a month or so. I have been trying to switch from Annual to Month to month without any luck. From the Paramount screen on the Roku/Fire Stick, the setting icon is there, but I cannot enter there as the message pops up saying, I signed up on another box. True, I signed up on the computer, but on the same Home Screen for Paramount+ there is no "settings" icon to click on (no list of icons on the left side period), just on the Fire Stick & Roku. I even tried a second computer. The same thing, no settings icon. Any idead how I can switch? The only other thing, I can cancel the service and then re-pick it up. Maybe that way I can get that option. Any suggestions? Thanks. I don't even see an option to directly contact Paramount+ either.

On the Paramount main page after the automatic sign in on the computer(s) I get the Paramount logo with the bars on the top left. I can get to the account page from there, but I can only change from Premium to Essential. There is no profile name in the Right hand corner of the screen on either computer. Any suggestions?

Maybe try another browser. Paramount Plus - Stream Live TV, Movies, Originals, Sports, News, and more
I used webos on the Tv browser, chrome and Firefox browsers on my lap top. they all worked the same. Sign in the top right of screen then my profile name is on the top right then place the cursor over the profile name gets a drop down menu.

I dug out my old Chromebook and I get the name and drop down in the right corner, but it is the same as the bars on the right side on the laptop. I find no "Settings", just account and when I try to change things all I get is going from Premium to Essentials. I cannot figure out how to switch from Annually to Monthly. Am I missing something? I could cancel and then re-register under another e mail address if needed, but there must be an easier way to solve this.

Did you subscribe directly at Paramount Plus or through Amazon or another third party. If you used a third party, you'll need to modify your payment method through them.

I see the same thing. You may have to contact them for help. You can call 888-274-5343 or go here to contact them: Paramount+ Help Center

I think when I went to cancel, the option showed up to switch to monthly. If not, I do have the option to continue my account on a monthly basis now after canceling several weeks ago.

I'm in the same boat and seeing the same thing. I assume if you cancel the annual plan, you can sign back up again for monthly once your year has completely ended. No need to use another email address unless you want to avoid not having the service for a day as you wait for the year sub to run out.

I'm more surprised they don't offer a way to upgrade to an annual plan with Showtime. It even says you can do it on their help page: Paramount+ Help Center

On the computer, log in, hover over your name, drop down will give you a spot for your Account, then look under Subscriptions , next due date, for me to the right it shows, Change to Annual ... in that spot, does it not say Change to Monthly if your on Annual ?

You save 16% on Annual ... when you click on that, it takes you to another screen that offers "Switch Plan"

Looked just for grins. When i go to Edit Plan it gives me the option of Essential or Premium. Both annual plans. I don't see a way to change to monthly.

I do see an option to add Showtime.

Mac with the latest Chrome browser.

If you are on Annual already, does it not say Switch to Monthly ?

Seeing I'm not on Yearly, I can't confirm this.

I am on annually until March 4th. I want to renew, which I did (Haven't been billed as yet, as it is not 3/4 though). I can cancel and re subscribe after 3/4, I guess. I should then have the option.

I get exactly the same screen. no option to switch to monthly.

I was able to add Showtime to my annual plan back in September easily enough.

So you don't have an option on the Next Billing Date line ?

If thats the case, I would Call them to do that ...

I was going to do that, but I cannot find a phone number for Paramount Plus. There is a 323 area code for Paramount, so I should start there. The e mail contact doesn't seem to work for me either. Really odd. I would have signed up via Amazon in the first place, but directly Paramount Plus was giving the $50 deal for the first year.

There was a Phone number listed above in one of the earlier posts.
