Channel 100 on 622

I haven't been able to get billing etc on Dish Home since I've had the 622. I believe Dish said this would be fixed ages ago?
 
Yes I have phone and Broadband. I can get channel 100 and most features but if I was to click to check my bill or add programing it never connects. When i called about it several months ago Dish was aware of it?
