channel gone

what happen to the following channels owned by The Media Group that have been removed.

Men's Outdoor Recreation

• iDrive
• Healthy Living Channel
• iShop
• Men's 2
• Resorts and Residence
• Water
• Beauty and Fashion

Removed from what service provider? If its dish then it comes down to a cost and contract issue is what I have heard, check in the dishnetwork thread for more info.
