My channel lineup is not right 301 tells me I need to call 1-800 for an upgrade I have basic Voom. 204 shows ESPN, 206 ESPN,226 CNBC,229 MSNBC,261 Bravo HD and 305 CSPAN. Called Voom had me try all the usally stuff reboots, turnoff, pull card still no go. Tech just left, he installed new box, one new connector,replaced LNB and diplexer. Still not right someone at voom told him to have me upgrade to VAVA Voom for a day which I just did channels are still not right but 301 does show something but not ESPNHD any other things I could try ?

Channel line up.
I went through the same problems, and two visits by voom installer later, I still had the problem. I saw someone's post about diplexers, and decided to try aligning the dish, replacing the diplexer etc.
Finally I got it working just by re-aligning the dish by about 1 millimeter.

As discussed in this thread, the problem might be caused by the LNB or by diplexer. You are getting wrong polarity on those channels.
