Channel Signal Loss ~ Can anyone help me?

I have a Dish ViP211k reciver and when switching to some HD Channels (their "SD equivilants" ) too, I get the following error message.

Channel Signal Loss (004)
Signal Code: 32-12-25
Reciver no. RXXXXXXXXXX
Smart Card No.: SXXXXXXXXXX​

That code means Caused by poor weather, damaged cable, misaligned dish, malfunctioning equipment, or major changes in the home such as new roof, new carpeting, etc

We'll get to the bottom of this with you.
