Channel surfing

I just got the HR 22 dvr and when you look at the on screen tv guide its painfully slow at going through the channels any way to speed it up?

Maybe you can take off the animated scroll in the settings? Like the HR20

My HR20 is quite snappy. You do know that you can use the ch- and ch+ buttons to scroll a whole screen at a time, right?

Menu > Parental, Fav's & Setup > System Setup > Display > Preferences > Scrolling Effects > Select Off

i really dont see a need for the recording tips..

Also did you download the latest CE update last night or the other day ?

Thanks diddent know about the ch+and ch- page scroll this is a lot better.
