Hi, my signal of 119 and 110 is weaker than 61.5

Recently for example they put all movies HBO, Starz, etc to 61.5

Transponder for those channels in 61.5 are the option for me.

The receiver is taking 119 and 110 as default.

For example channel 305 I dont get it from 119 its to weak and have a lot of signal in the tp of 61.5 and the receiver doesnt get that channel in.

Should I recet the receiver, disconnect sat 110 and 119 and make a scan .

Or which is the way to get those channels in from 61.5 instead of the others ?

It sounds like you have a two dish setup. Honestly, it might be easiest for me to send someone to migrate to one arc or the other and get you signal that way. If you would rather fix it yourself, re-peak the 119/110 dish using the Point Dish Screen as a guide (plug in your zip code). You may notice a slightly lower signal on 119/110 being the the dish is aiming "between" the satellites to collect signal, rather then the 61.5 aiming dead on.

I am pointing to 119 , 110 and 61.5

I am far south therefore I dont get much reception from 119 and 110.

Again how can I make that receiver takes signal from 61.5 ?

if u have the Service Plan go for the tech visit :) if not, it depends on your equipment, what locals your wanting, . if you have DP equipment with dual LNBF you'll only be able to get 2 sats. so you'd need a wing dish, 1 for 110/119 and the wing for 61.5

yes, if you run a switch test, what does it say for the SAT and switch columns on the sat input 1 columns?

edit:: on the install summary screen

Tony look at his address He lives in MEXICO. Doubt you will be sending a tech down there any time soon.

i am in central Mexico.

Puebla actually, I have 1.5 meter dish for 110 , 1.5 meter for 61.5 and a 1.1 meter for 119.

for the sat 119 I dont get more than 6 or 8 tp.

For 110 and 61.5 I get almost all tp probably 2 missing.

I tried to reset all through switch test and I lost now all HBO HD at 300 channels.

They appear at 6100.

Interesting is that according to lyngsat there are a lot of channels at 61.5 that I dont get. Again for example 305 HBO I am getting it from 119 with out signal and the tp of 61.5 channel 305 for me has over 30 signal. Why I cant get it .

119 is a new bird that has a tighter beam than the older bird. Lyngsat won't show you the shape of the footprint for the satellites. You need to go to this site: SatBeams - Home Some of 61.5 is an older bird w/ a wek signal and there are several spotbeams on it. I would suggest you go to a much larger dish for 61.5 (1.8 m at minimum) 119 needs an even bigger dish like a 3 m (10ft). You will be hard pressed to get very many HD channels down where you are. The reason for this is the fact that most of the HD is on birds (72.7 & 129) that don't give much signal (if any) where you live.
