You will notice that all your local channels except channel 042 is out because there is an outage. If you have a SuperDish receiving them off of 105 then you will get the message on your screen that they are experiencing technical difficulties. If you have a Dish1000 or a small dish picking up the locals off of 129 then you will notice that the screen is blank without the technical difficulties screen.
