Charter promo expires this month.

Had the 12 month $39.99 promo,it just expired.My bill went up $15!I said whoa camel!They quoted me $39.99 first 12,then $44.99 next 12,then regular price in year 3 when I first got service.Did on online chat,took a while,but finally got them to give me the $39.99 deal for another 12 months.Pretty pleased with that.I explained to them,we still don't get advertised speeds here anyway.They advertise 30/4 but our upload is maxed out at 2.They were supposedly going to upgrade the lines this year but,they haven't.
