Cheapest way to get Fox News?

Which satellite provider can give me Fox News and local channels for the lowest price. Seems like it would be part of a basic package, but appartently not on Dish Network.

You're half-wrong. The audio is generally in the clear in the Hotelevision cluster on AMC 4, but the video is not available FTA in North America. Now if you live in West Africa, it's a different story. (http://www.lyngsat.com/nss7.html)
