Chicago fire only playing in 2.0 Audio

Chicago Fire and Chicago Police has only been playing in 2.0 audio. The volume is also very loud. It coming from NBC in Dallas. Been doing this for a couple weeks now. If I switch to live programming it plays in 5.1. U have not been able to check those shows live though. I have rebooted hopper. I am using the Roku to watch now.

Edit I went and tried some shows that were in prime time recording on channel 5 NBC and they only playing 2.0 also?

Seems like everything recorded on all the channels are only play 2.0 Older shows recorded are playing 5.1.

Dish can not modify the signal whether its from ota or live streamed form the station in less the station agrees to a format change like converting the AV from mpeg2 to mpeg4 according to FCC regs. But the AV should sill be the same 1080p and 5.1 as you would get ota. Not sure as to why you get 2.0 and not 5.1
