H3 Audio Dropouts?

I recently got a new soundbar and I have been having issues with audio dropouts when a commercial came on. I would have to change the channel to get it back working correctly. I turned off dolby digital on the H3 and the audio dropouts stopped. I never have any audio issues when streaming using my Sony TV only when I am watching something on Dish. I want to make sure my issue is not the new soundbar.

Anyone else having audio dropouts issues?

I don't think it's your soundbar. When you disabled Dolby Digital and your issue goes away is proof of that. Your issue is consistent, but slightly different, with others using soundbars or AVRs. I know Dish is looking into these anomalies.
