DISH Hopper H3 Software version H710 available

Downloaded and installed from H708, no changes seen yet.

Was H709 skipped as I didn't see anyone mention anything newer than H708 before this post.

Diagnostics, Tools, Technician Settings, Download ATV Files will show the Joey 4, Wireless Joey 4, Hopper Plus Android TV (ATV) Software available for download even when none of the P versions are shown under Available Joey Software in Diagnostics, Receiver. This also allows the Joey 4, Wireless Joey 4, Hopper Plus Android TV (ATV) devices to check, download and update software as well.

Settings, Notifications, TV Enhancements gets turned off from on after update.

Several times I've had the inability to restart viewing from a show that has been paused for some minutes. Not sure if it is this v. or something else headed South.

like it dont play at all and or jumps to live tv??

Like said in previous thread I think they resurrected an old live tv buffer bug that either never played or just jumped back to live tv upon un pausing. If that bug is back I am not gona be happy, seeing the in sueing "fix it fix it fix it" i gona hear from my mother, cause she pauses live tv alot last time it took them 6+ months to fix it. had few tech comeout to see it happen too. each time was told it software bug all they can do is to reported and hope its fix.

Hell 4 + years later the Amazon App in H3 is still bugged and randomly loose connection to prime servers, which requires it to the app to be restarted, last I heard about that was 2 years ago and it was in "triage" neither dish or amazon know or want to fix it

Would really love for dish to have "know" bug list and "fixes" but apparently doing that is some super secret info no know should ever know Aka Change/fix log

On mine sometimes it works as it should and other times unpause does nothing. Press unpause and no response. Fast forward and rewind, also nothing. Length of pause has no effect.

Have to change channels to get things working again.

yah I started seeing it, it like livetv buffer bug all over again, shall we take bets? last time it had bug in like this in live tv buffer it took 6+ months to fix it,, Dish kept insisting on sending tech out for it too.

I got this yesterday on one of my h3 and now my recording of red dwarf which has 51 episodes in one folder now 50 in folder and 1 all by it self, Same freaking title but not in same listing which should 51 in the red dwarf folder.

Dish has issue with timer not triggering cause meta data is wrong at random for a show with the same title on same channel now said meta data is wrong and not place thing with same title in in same folder listing all the episodes? this is very OCD triggering, how does dish continue to mess things up with reguard to meta data in reguards timmers and show info with in there same show on same channel at random

BBC Comedy got pulled from Dish Fast channels 3+ months ago? They still BBC Comedy is still aired on Sling TV app along with red dwarf.

I do know the 1 episode that not in same folder as the other 50, is episode 1 refused to record with original timer that had new and reruns. simply cause meta data in was diffrent from the other timer the record all the episodes

BBC comedy was missing season 4,5,6,9, promised land and back to earth BBC scifi had them all till it was removed from slingtv and there for fast

Till this update all the episode were listed in 1 folder with in my folder like most "series" listings my guess is cause "meta data" different from other 50 recordings, it now lists it separately cause meta data take priority over title name now?

Either way Dish need sort out there guide info issue that have been going wrong for 5+ year cause meta data is constant, what are the on there 3 guide provider? since they initial changed them started this issue? when a timer is set to new and reruns and timer missing episode it cause that episode with same "title" has different meta data in it.

I still amazed how Fast channel which is redirects of SlingTV channels that have Season and Episode numbers CORRECT along with info in the description, are some how all screwed up and wrong on the Fast Channels. There constant on slingtv app but on Fast channels it anything but consistent
